Madaniyat va Ma’rifat — culture and enlightenment
Madaniyat va Ma’rifat is part of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan and is dedicated to culture, the arts and education. It airs programs about literature and writers, traditional Uzbek music, theater and painting, as well as educational programs for schoolchildren and students. Broadcasting is in Uzbek.
Programs include Tafakkur chegarasi, Dunyo adabiyoti, Maqom, Hikmat and Bor gap: intellectual conversations, stories about world literature, classical Uzbek music and talks on folk wisdom.
