Yoshlar — the youth channel of Uzbekistan’s MTRK
Yoshlar is part of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan (MTRK) and is made for teenagers and young adults. It airs youth news, music, educational programs, series and talk shows on topics that matter to young people. Broadcasting is in Uzbek.
Programs include Yosh kitobxon, Yoshlar Xit-paradi, the comedy project Qalpoq and Yoshlar Ventures, which tells the stories of young entrepreneurs and their ideas. The schedule may change; the current lineup is in the TV guide. • An MTRK channel: Yoshlar belongs to Uzbekistan’s state channel lineup together with Sport, Navo, Kinoteatr and Aqlvoy. • Education and reading: the schedule includes educational projects such as Yosh kitobxon. • Music: its own hit chart and music blocks.
